Need PPI on RV12

I’m an experienced pilot looking for a knowledgeable RV12 person to do a pre purchase inspection on a RV12 located at KCNO. Look forward to some help!

My mechanic has done an RV-12 prebuy and has also done all the maintenance and the conditional inspection on my RV-12is. We’re located in Las Vegas, I can see if he’s interested and give you his info. Cost would have to include travel though I’m sure. Is it located in a hangar?
