Cies fuel senders

For those who have installed the Cies senders, did you use the #8 screws that the tanks are set up for or did you remove and replace the nut plates in the tanks with #10 nut plates to use the recommended #10 screws.
 
You need to ground the Ceis at the tank. Whether a 8-32 or 10-32 is used makes no difference for grounding. I would not change the nut plate.

It is hard to imagine any loads that could exceed the strength of #8 screws.
 
I used #8 torx for the plate and An-3 with sealed nut plates for the sender. No issues.
