Hi Gang,

In the RV-14 Plans…. What does “TYP” mean?

I really spent time looking, so if its in a manual, can you point me to the reference?

Greg is correct above usually written as (TYP) . They might reference a bolt or rivet or dimension on the plans in one place and indicate (TYP), meaning that all the rivets or bolts or dimensions are that particular size or dimension. For example if I were to draw a box on a set of plans that was 12"x12" I could indicate a dimension on ea side or just label one side 12" (TYP) next to it. You would then know ea side was that dimension. Just a way to clean up plan drawings.
