After spending many trips to the hangar to figure out what was going on with my B&C backup alternator I can happily say that I received some of the best customer support I have received in my life. TJ at B&C went above and beyond diagnosing an issue I had as well as supplying parts to fix it.

All things FWF are a mystery to me still. TJ has been incredibly patient and kind to answer all of my questions, even before he knew I would be buying anything from them.
