Just as a point of reference, I put in two web orders a week apart recently. The second order got processed right away and shipped. The first order got lost or "glitched" in their new system (their term). I had to call them and get it sorted out after sending two emails about it. Fedosia was great to talk with and she got it sorted out quickly.
Still some bugs to work out in the new order processing system. If you order something that's in stock and it still says "pending" after a day or two, she said to call them to see what's up as that is not normal these days.
