Finally got a perfect day, lots of sun, no wind, unlimited visibility and upper 50's so I flew 20 minutes south to First Flight airport, KFFA, in Kitty Hawk, NC. I toured the Wright Brothers National Monument and took a few pictures before heading home to KPHF. Now I need to plan a trip to the birthplace of the RV on the other coast! :D

Incredible visibility looking south to the Outer Banks from the VA NC border.

Looking back at the ramp.

Beautiful aircraft for a beautiful destination! Very nice looking plane you built Kent. There is a thread in the archives begging for this picture :D

Grass

Nice plane Kent. If you want to try grass some time, we are just 60 nautical from your home airport with 3200 ft. Airport ID 2va3. I have a 7-a also

Kent - beautiful airplane and great photos of Kitty Hawk!

Get some "grass practice" in 2015 and start exploring !

It's good to have more RV's in the MidCoast region!

Great looking plane, Kent! Congratulations.

Now, on that West Coast flight plan, make OVO your first stop (North Vernon, IN.)
