Missed a dimple in seat rib

I missed a dimple in the bottom flange of one of the seat ribs. Skin is already dimpled. I can’t get to it to simple now. Tried using a pull river dimple set but I can’t get to it to pull it straight. What are my concerns?
 
Considering using mushroom flush rivet set with tungsten bar on the flange to try to remove skin dimple and then use pull rivet…thoughts?
 
Also considered. I don’t know what I need to consider with that though. Am I creating a point for future problems? I think if i go that route, I will probably flatten the dimple in the skin as well and either use a 470 or a LP4-3
