Cost to operate the RV8

There is a new Youtube episode that quantifies the annual cost to operate the Vans RV8. The cost breakdowns are for flying 50hrs/year, 100hrs/year, and 200hr/year.

The cost will vary tremendously depending on where you're located, due to taxes, hangar cost and so on. I figure that there's an annual cost-to-play and an hourly marginal cost of consumables.

The annual cost-to-play includes
Hangar,
Insurance,
Taxes,
Condition Inspection,
Facility overhead like ground rent, utilities and so on.
