Default Sub panel/Avionics "bay" ideas

Care to share any of your subpanel and avionics bay construction ideas? Pix would be great.

Between EFI/EI, avionics signal converters, remote devices, etc. It's going to get crowded back there. Much thanks.

Danny, I'm curious about your control cables. What type and where did you get them? They look a lot nicer (maybe read that as more expensive) than the standard ones provided by Vans.

Not sure which “cables” you are referring to. The rudder cables are standard aircraft cable.

I meant the control cables. Not sure of the function. Maybe ALT AIR and Parking Brake.

Here is a photo of a tray that sits behind the efis screen. It could give you some additional options for mounting remote components. (you need to visually rotate the photo 90* counterclockwise)

Ahhhhh.....
Ram Air and Purge Valve.
Both were bought at ACS and are the push to release locking type.

My panel is old and simple.
The panel is wired only via connectors, it is easy to remove it from the plane.
Autopilot servo, power and signal relais, motor sensors, two AHRS ( located in the central tunnel ) and e-compass are installed were convenient.
The black panel with the tank selector can host an extra volume of two Garmin 328.
