Where can I get access to this old FAR Part 23-55 Authority Citation Change, Deletion of SFAR 41 ?

I've searched the internet but only found a Summary of Part 23 Amendments on the FAA page: https://www.faa.gov/aircraft/air_ce..._airplanes/certification_basis/part23_summary

I need the full document.

My understanding is the the FAA RGL (Regulations and Guidance Library) has been replaced with the Dynamic Regulatory System. On the left hand side, there is Regulations > Title 14 CFR > Title 14 CFR by Part and Section. Scroll down and you should have the info.

SFAR 41 expired in 1983, but took until 2002 to have it officially removed from Part 23.
