G'day,
I have just been to a friend place to help finish of the construction of his Vertical Stab, And the question came up that we didn't know any off the V speeds,..as in VNE, VNO, Flap extension, stall, green arc, white arc, yellow arc.,.. would any one be able to help us out?

They are listed in the "Final Inspection and Test Flight" section of your building manual.
