N navy06 Active Member Dec 24, 2020 #1 I may end up building a RV3 fuselage tank. On the newer wing tanks what does the filler neck look like? Is it steel with a round flange that rivets to top of tank? If someone has one they could photograph, i would appreciate it. Jim

F FinnFlyer Well Known Member Dec 24, 2020 #2 Not the best picture but should give you an idea. Problem with using that in a fuselage tank would be the curvature.
