Hello,

The rollbar for my slider is too wide by about 3/8" I have put all my weight on it and it does not appear to have budged. Any suggestions? I used a calmp to squeeze it about 4" and that does not seem to have worked either. I'd hate to have to take a torch to it.

Mine fit great out of the box but my hangermate's 7 was off more than yours. The Van's powdercoating isn't anything to write home about, take a tourch to it. Don't worry about burning it. My buddies 7 came out great after an afternoon with a torch. Personally I wouldn't leave anything that sees use with just Van's powdercoating on it. I use PPG Concept and I think it's much better than the powdercoating from Van's.

Don't comprimise the fit of the roll bar and canopy for the sake of saving that crappy powdercoating.
