During an inspection discovered an issue with my “Works” FlyLED strobe lights. Emailed Paul asking for troubleshooting suggestions and by the time I got up the next morning he had responded suggesting several ways to identify the problem. Later that day I followed his advice without success.

Due to the marvel of cell/Wifi technology and the time zone differences, I decided to call him and further discuss the situation. After just a few minutes he volunteered to send me a replacement control board saying the “redesigned” board would address the problem.

I loved the FlyLed works system when I initially installed it. I now love the customer support he personally offers. FlyLED are great aircraft lights. Customer support is even better!
 
I agree, Paul goes above and beyond. Flyleds are an excellent product with even better service. I had a self induced issue with my works kit and Paul put the time into helping me solve the issue. I highly recommend his products to anyone looking for lights.
 
Helped me resolve an issue too.
Very weird. Turned out to be the ribbon cable wasn't properly screwed into the terminal strips. My fault.
 
Above and beyond, just emailed him yesterday, I had low illumination on my strobes. Next morning, woke up, there was his response. Issue fixed.
 
Products that work and exceed expectation, backed by a non pilot but plane nutter like all of us.

Plenty of choices out there but there is really only one choice, and his prices are far too low.

Not to mention he is a top bloke :)
 
Paul is great, and as you mentioned the timezone difference is an added bonus, since we are working on our a/c outside 'normal' business hours which is normal business hours for Paul on the other side of the world affording for a very quick response. Great product, great customer service!
