The right side of my hangar near the Museum of Flight has room for another Pitts or RV. I’m looking to get an awesome partner in here to share rent and join the SW parking community. The county charges for convenience, 54 ft wide Ts are pushing 1200/month. That said, it’s convenient, in Seattle, and you get to see just about every type of military and civilian aircraft come thru including the Seafair participants blue angels. We’ll need to either form a flying club or write up an “on paper” leaseback agreement to get a separately owned aircraft and owner as a badged tenant.
