Yep, and before anyone asks those numbers are correct. the cooling efficiency for a radial engine is very high as each cylinder is facing directly into the slip stream. also for the Rotec R-3600, each cylinder is doing very little work. 150hp spread over 9 cylinders doesn't produce much heat. normally I'm a little warmer than what you see in the picture, but I had the manifold pressure pulled back a bit for the flight home. I'm super happy with the engine and airframe combination.

Sure wish I could have made it to Sun n Fun... and sure wish Brian was going to OSH this year. Oh well... I WILL see this aircraft in person someday.
