Recently purchased an aircraft with an MGL Xtreme EMS with an RDAC-X. The system was recently modified with the addition of a Red Cube fuel flow transducer. Since that installation, the MGL EMS has become erratic and occasionally X’s out the display values. Some values like Oil and Fuel pressure lag as a result.

I know there should be a 5k6 Ohm resistor and the A&P who installed it said it had a "resistor" and referred to the circled item as the resistor. This doesn't look like one to me and if not, is this still part of the system or did he get it wrong,

Thanks

There might be a 5.6K resistor under the shrink tubing but something doesn’t look right. It looks like the wire may have come loose and is hanging near the second terminal from the bottom.
It has to be wired like the attached link. The RDAC’s all have slightly different layouts but one end of the resistor has to be connected to a 5V source.
