I'm New Here
The 9A seems to check all the boxes for me, but I've never flown in one. Is there anyone in the PNW who would be interested in giving me a ride in one? Happy to pay for my proportionate share of the costs.

I'm based out of KOLM, but would be happy to travel.

Hope to be joining the club soon :)

I'm in the other end of the state at Spokane Felts Field (KSFF) and happy to give you a ride. There may be others closer, including Vans HQ.

A trip to Van's Aircraft in Aurora would be your best move. Take a factory tour and schedule a test ride.
Just a quick drive down the freeway from Olympia.
 
Van's offers free demo flights for pilots considering buying a kit. Demo flights are generally available right after the tours. Just call in advance to get on the demo flight calendar :)

I'm just down the street at Pierce County. Send a note and if we ever have flying weather again.....

BTW, I have a 9. The nose wheel is on the other end.
 
I've got a 9A in Yelm (06WN) and would be happy to give you a ride. I can even swing over to OLM and pick you up if needed. I work out of state and won't be home until mid December, but any nice day I'm home, I'm game.
