Kind of in the same boat. Trying to meet ABQ area builders and fliers. Will be flying gliders in Moriarty for a while before working on powered PPL but would like to meet and help folks working on RV's.
 
I'm kind of out of the builder loop, but there are a lot of us flying at Double Eagle in Albuquerque. I would guess at least a dozen RVs on the field. Weekend mornings are a good time to catch us. There are also nice RVs flying at Moriarty, Santa Fe, and Mid-Valley.
 
Cas: I've been working on a RV-7, almost since time began, in the Belen area, E80 will be my home field soon.
