Given the relative scarcity of hangar space these days, I thought I'd share some recent intel with my fellow RVers.

Yellowstone Regional Airport (KCOD) in Cody, WY just built two T-hangar structures with 22 heated, insulated units and a bathroom in each building. When I asked a couple months ago, they were sold out with a waiting list. Yesterday they said a few folks didn't follow through, so as of 10/31/24 three are still available for lease.

According to my annual lease, they're owned by the airport and prices range between $380 and $495 per month depending on the unit. I fired up the corner Hot Dawg gas heater for the first time yesterday and it warmed the hangar (1430 sq ft) with no problem. OAT was about 32º.

Not one drop of oil on the floor [yet] - I'll want to enjoy that while it lasts
