Stevea Well Known Member Dec 3, 2023 #3 GPS hockey pucks don't really care which way they are oriented. The externally mounted teardrop pucks with the blunt end pointing forward are to minimize drag (and it looks cool ). The only thing they need is an unobstructed view of the sky.
