Gotta second their customer service. I purchased my harnesses a few years ago and finally got around to installing them at the very end of the build, only to find out they didn't quite work with my Lemke headrest seats. Fully expecting to purchase new shoulder straps since it was my screwup, I sent mine in and they sent back a different configuration that works, at minimal cost.
