Any body else experiencing trouble trying to contact Assured Partners? I’m trying to renew my aircraft insurance and (1) their website won’t let me login and if I say “forgot my password” it fails to respond with an email to reset it, and (2) their phone line rings one time then goes to a busy signal. This is not the way to run an insurance agency.

I was able to contact them no problem last week.

If you tried to call today the snow likely put them out for the day.
