I am having problems with the topmost rivets on the 811 bulkhead. Two 4-9 rivets attaching multiple pieces. Access and visibility on the work are difficult.
The tips are not ideal, and probably need to be replaced, but much mischief is possible removing such a long rivet. Have been down this road once before, with increasingly larger 5/32 and cherrymax rivets. Nothing worked, so I tore it all out and tried again. Same problem as before.
Tempting to put a bolt in there and keep going. Anyone come up with a better idea?
