IP Cut

Today I made progress that I feel like is a big step forward. Probably not, but it’s something I can see, so it seems like it. I cut all the square/rectangular openings in my IP, along with platenut installs for different avionics. Nothing left but the round holes for switches and a couple USB chargers, which I can do in an hour with a step drill on my drill press. Nothing left after that but to paint the panel, hook up about 100 wires, which are all run and labeled - about 5 days work - (yea right), some extra fiberglass work, and I’m done right? It’s that kind of thinking that made me think I would be flying this project to Sun N Fun. Well…. It won’t be flying to OSH either, but it will be flying by then. Mark my words….
