preferred wire routing through F-711 bulkhead?

This is the double bulkhead with the big vertical bars for the h/s attach.

Is there a preferred location to poke a hole for the nav light wire run?

Common sense would seem to indicate somewhere in the middle right above the tail wheel weldment would work nicely, but I'm wondering if there's a vans approved location, like there is for the one aft of there and I just haven't found it.

On my 7 I just slipped the wires though the gap for the "J" channels, seems to be plenty of room for tail light wires. Trim wires just go up and over horizontal stab spar.

I made a hole big enough for a Heyco SB250-2 snap bushing about half way between the top of the tail spring mount forward flange and the bottom of the cutout in the F-711 assy.
