vent line bushings - ethanol safe?

Does anyone know if the plastic bushings for the vent line inside the tank can handle ethanol in the fuel?

Test time

It will probably be fine, but it will give you piece of mind to drop one of the snap bussing in a jar of that stinky auto gasoline for several days or weeks just to be sure.

um, that's a word doc from a Russian website. Safe to open? :D

just to clarify - I don't intend to run pure ethanol. I'm just trying to make sure 10% ethanol is not going to eat those bushings over time or make them fall apart.

Make your own out of aluminum or fiberglass. There is nothing sacred about those...
