Dynon EGT reading static

I have been flying a new-to-me RV-8 and loving it. There's just one issue that I cannot seem to figure out.

My Dynon D180 EGT's all accurately read normal air temp in deg F when engine is off in the hangar. However, when in cruise, they all go to around 740 deg (+/- 5 deg) and just stay there, regardless of mixture and power settings. These are obviously incorrect readings. CHTs and everything else related to the d180 look as expected for various power settings.

I checked all of the settings on the D180 and they are correct. Has anyone run into this situation? My hunch is it might be time for new probes, but I'd hate to swap them if there is something potentially more obvious that I am overlooking.

Thanks,
-JC
