IO-540 narrow deck/wide deck install differences

I currently have a narrow deck engine. What would need to change if I installed a wide deck?

Wide decks use a different gear ratio than a narrow deck engine. Weight and balance, as well since the WD's are heavier. And possibly some baffling if the baffling is already trimmed, as the WD cylinders are slightly different.
