Additional tunnel-to-wing cable retention

Before I rivet my baggage floor down, I want to add some extra cable retention between the tunnel and wings. I saw a thread just a couple of weeks ago with some ideas but, no matter how I search, I can't find it again. I'm thinking along the lines of adding some small aluminum angles with Adel clamps next to the lightening holes. What have some of you done?

I put a PEX conduit there:

I may be misunderstanding what you are wanting to do. If you are running wire from the tunnel out to the wings it won’t pass under the baggage floor, it runs under the seating area which has removable panels giving you access to the structure and your wiring anytime you want.

I had an A&P recommend Panduit Cable ties made specifically for use on the lightening hole flanges. They work really well but I wouldn’t use them under the actual baggage floor or anywhere I was going to close out and loose access to.
