Where to buy throttle control bracket?

Does anyone know where to buy a 12” throttle control bracket like this one (with the metal lip on the sides and bottom)? Trying to avoid using angle bracket for fear of cutting your knees when you enter/exit the airplane. I checked Vans website but only saw an angle bracket for the throttle control.
