Default CFI with RV-12 time in Vegas

Hello,
Very happy to find this forum! My son and I are purchasing an RV-12 ELSA. I'm a PP, he is a student with 1 hour in an RV-12. We're looking for a CFI in Vegas area who he can complete his PP with. Insurance requires some RV-12 time and 25 hours in any Vans tricycle-gear but this could be negotiated with them. KHND would be ideal but KVGT or Boulder City could work too.
Would also love to connect with other local Vans owners.
Thank you...
Lance
