RV-4 owner just relocated to KWVI

Hi everybody! I relocated to the Bay Area with my wife a few weeks ago and just found time to go back to NC and fly my -4 to its new home on the ramp at KWVI. It seems like a really vibrant airport with a good crowd of experimentals and classics. I need to catch up with the local RV crowd and get the info on all of the really good places to fly around here. If you see me on the ramp, come say hello!

There are many RV folks around WVI. There is a group that does RV formation. I will let Spike and Goose know you are in town.

We have several RV's on the field. A 9 just got sold and left the area so I'm glad you're here to fill the spot
Local EAA 119 meets the 1st Tuesday of every month in the large hangar near the fuel island, ( 7 pm).
I look forward to meeting/flying with you.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I'll do my best to make the next EAA meeting on the field and I'd love to catch up with the formation crowd. That'd give me an excuse to reinstall my smoke system for a little while
