Tailwheel ID

Took over a long stalled project and I need help identifying the tail wheel. Can’t quite read the tag. Appears That there should be a locking detention pin that is missing, a spring is there but bent. Would like to find out if there are replacement parts, or get a diagram for making a new detent.

Any help IDing would be appreciated. And a source for possible parts would be great.

Ken is giving you the correct answer. Aviation Products was the option for full swivel RV tail wheel up till the time Van’s introduced theirs. I built my RV-6 with the Aviation Products tail wheel assembly. The single fork will eventually bend. The double fork is the way to go. The aluminum eventually wears from making turns and will need bushed. When mine needed bushed the second time, I swapped the tail spring and went with Van’s design setup.
