Aileron Pushrod Jamming?

I have heard that the aileron pushrod shop head rivets can catch on the wing aft bulkhead as it passes through. I took a photo of this on mine before connecting to the aileron with the pushrod moved into a position where this would happen.
And, I am wondering if this is an issue if the pushrod is centered in the lightening/access hole in the aft bulkhead when connected to the aileron.

When it is attached to the rest of the system will that rodend ever be in that location?

Yes problem

Yes this is a problem for both the 7 and 9. The rear spar needs to be relieved to avoid any chance of binding. I relieved the rear spar slightly, but also welded the pushrod to the fitting on the aileron end to avoid any possibility of it jamming.
