Need to look at a slider in Texas

I'm still at a head-scratching point on my 9A slider canopy, and I would really like to look at someone's finished 9A or 7A slider this weekend before I screw mine up royally. I'm based in Midland and I've got a 172, if there is anybody out there that hasn't gone to KOSH and would tolerate a visit and a bunch of questions, I would sure welcome the opportunity to take a look at your bird Saturday or Sunday.

Your welcome to come see my RV-7 if you want but it's quite a haul in a 172 from Midland to Waller (near Houston). I'm sure you'll find somebody closer but if not, you're welcome to come by tomorrow.

Steve Johnson ("docskj" on the forum) here in Abilene has a 9A slider. However, I think he went to OSH. I'm sure he'd be happy to show you his canopy.
