Earth x battery

2 EarthX

I have 2,
ETX900VNT in the rear (vented overboard)

ETX680 in front

Modified the rear bracket with angles and repositionned the 2 hold-down bolts.
I cut up the hold-down bracket in 3 parts so the stress is not on the top of the battery where the case could split.

In the front, I used the insulated holder sold by EarthX on the firewall and will add a blast tube.
These photos were taken a while ago, progress has been made since, some of the clamps securing the thick cables were repositionned to better clear the bagage floor.
I can take recent pictures tomorrow if wished.

I’m using the earthx insulated battery box too. In my Rv7a.

It took minor mods to fit in place of the standard Vans box.

Vent

David,

See the top of the 900VNT with its 2 vents, the Y and the bigger tube going downwards.
Then the floor with the big tube ending at the port.
Finally the belly with the vent output.

This was a kit that EarthX sold that included the 2 different size tubes, the Y, the port with hardware.
Now I only see that they sell tubing, no Y, and a different type port.
