3 Blade Hartzell Prop RV-10- Severe shudder

Hello Vans Brains Trust,

We have an RV-10 here in Australia that has a severe airframe shudder as it passes through different speed /power ranges.
Has anyone experienced similar conditions as described below?

RV-10
IO-540 Barrett Narrow Deck (correct speed Hartzell Gov fitted)
3 Blade Hartzell Composite Propellor

The aircraft currently has 200 hours on the clock.

2 problems,

First,
Under full power, pitch full fine, on take-off run the engine is “hunting” or surging. This can be heard in the cockpit. +/- 100 rpm

Second,
Still under full power, pitch full fine, on climb out (usually after 300 – 500 feet) the aircraft starts to shudder. It can be controlled by making the pitch coarser or reducing power. The same shudder can be felt, occasionally, when descending into the circuit if the power is pulled back more quickly than usual.

This RV-10 has the following installed:

Propeller
3 blade composite prop C3Y1R-1N/N7605C
Prop assembly: QW235
Blade serial numbers: A9425, A9444 and A9653
Spinner: C-4582-P

Engine
Barrett Precision Engines IO 540 narrow deck (BPE IO-540-XD4A5 ) cold air induction with FM-300MB FC. Fuel servo
Dyno rated 290 hp. Compression: 8.5:1

Governor
Hartzell S-1-79 serial number G3551NJ (C-4716 REV.U Hartzell PC10)

We have reported this to Hartzell and are awaiting instruction but thought to reach out to the Vans community to see if there have been other reported problems.
