Too many holes in my baffle

Had a few oopsie-daisee’s with my baffle and Z brackets and have a few extra #30 holes in both. My plan is to use an extra flush rivet with the shop head facing the tank and proseal it. Probably same with Z bracket but have flush side face baffel. Don’t need the rivets to hold anything, just plug the holes. Made sure there are no edge distance issues between holes.

Thoughts?

The Z brackets were a real challenge for me.

Howdy Irv. I jacked a Z bracket or two as well and I decided to buy new. My thought was that when full of fuel, the tank is heavy, (and if you pull the full +6 Gs...) and there are multiple, beefy, Z brackets relatively close together for a reason. To remove and replace these later in life after having been painted, fueled, wired, etc. just wouldn't be fun.

In my You Tube channel, I cover how I laid out/installed the Z brackets, holes, etc. It may be of help.
