Default Used parts

Did I receive used or returned parts in my kit? These are the E-904 and E-903. Notice the fluted edges and dimples on the other. As you see it is how I received them from Vans. The aluminum is different as well as it is more brushed and did not have the blue vinyl on it. One is final hole sized and the other is not. The date sticker is 9/23/21.

Do I need to be worried? Has anyone else received these like this? My thoughts are that these were returned at some point. I paid for new parts and should expect new parts. I may give Vans a call tomorrow if they are open.

Default Heat treated parts

Those are heat treated ribs. They’re not used. The entire stack of ribs looks like that. Build on!

I had wondered the same thing as mine were just like yours. Makes me think this is normal as I doubt they'd of had two identical returns.
