Prop and Alt Air Cables and Wiring

I have heard that separating these cables from the wires going through the FW is a best practice. But, how important is it to separate these from wires when both are sheathed cables and fairly well mounted against movement?

Special Cases

I have a center console that holds several push pull cables. To remove that console I have to pull those cables out first. It's an added chore but not too time consuming.

In my case having cables and wires bound together would be an added complication when it came time to pull the cables.

For a set of instrument panel mounted cables this wouldn't be as big a concern. So look at your build and think about future maint activities. Although it seems unlikely you may end up having to pull those cables out somewhere down the road, having them mixed with wiring may or may not be more complicated.
