Switcheon-excellent customer service

Just wanted to acknowledge when a company has great customer service. I started using a Switcheon box to turn on the engine block heater in my hangar. I live in a remote area where cellular switching doesn’t work and the airport Wifi won’t reach the hangar
Apparently, it uses IOT ( internet of things) to connect. Works from home (25 miles away)with hangar door closed.
Bought unit about two months ago. Started acting erratically. Customer service suggested several possible fixes. They worked temporarily but I still had occasional issues.
Texted customer service. Told them what was going on. They suggested that there might be a software issue. Their solution. We’re shipping you a brand new unit with a prepaid label to ship the old back. We’d like to look at the unit to see if this is a one off problem or something we need to address.
My new unit is working fine.
Great customer service.
