Canopy day

My only advice, if you haven't done it yet, is to be prepared for the material to be much softer and floppier than expected. Especially after the cut. With all the reports of "cracking" I assumed it was a very rigid substance. It's not, and it only gets floppier as you cut it. So, extra hands and extra surface to hold it as you cut.

In the end, as we fit it to the receiving cradle (Fastback) it was like trying to make precise cuts on a Jellyfish.

Temp is 80 in the hangar (garage) and we have made about 6 off and on’s and it’s taking shape. We have 3 of us working on it and it is flimsy for sure. One call to Larry Larson and a few pics and we are on track. So far.
