Need help with an electrical flicker

I'm hoping someone has had a similar problem and knows where to start looking.

We installed an IO-360 with duel EIS and Plane Power 60A alternator on Jay's RV-8 earlier last year. It has been flying great, without incident for aprox 60 hours.

The last two times, when he went to full power, all of the electrical power on the plane went out for a split second, then came back on. No CBs popped, the voltage is showing 14 afterwords (he wasn't looking at the volt meter as he ran it up). We know there was total power loss because the clock reset to 0.

Any power setting less than full, and there is no issue.

I've looked at all the wiring, and don't see an obvious issue, No burnt spots, loose wires, electric smell, etc. I didn't pull all the wires apart and check each one.

My next thought is to try to isolate by running up to full power on one then the other EIS, turning off avionics busses, etc.

Any help or wisdom is welcome.

I would start looking at the ground wire coming off the master switch running to the battery solenoid. Perhaps a bad crimp on either end.
