I was looking for a bit better price on vents so I bought 2 Aerosport black aluminum eyeball vents, $130.00 ea. Came with ring nut and black plastic cover plate. Holes in cover plate are very close to the holes in F-14186 vent bracket.

Align on flat surface and match drill vent bracket to SV10 vent
I liked the fact the cover plate was not attached to the eyeball vent. Easy to work with. Aluminum vent has good quality feel. Friend has same vents in his 10 and says they don’t leak, stay closed. FYI there are 6 black anodized screws and nylocks included in the fuselage kit for these vents.
