Van's Web Order/Combined Shipping

Is there any ways to get Van's to combine web order for shipping purposes that works?

I had a pending order and wanted to add a couple more part. I called Van's last night to try to add to my existing order but they wouldn't do that. The young lady told me to just refer my existing web order when I ordered the new parts and both would be combined... sure enough, that's not happening and it will all be shipped separately.

I don't see an option to cancel the order online (so that I could make it all in one order). It seems silly and wasteful to do it as separate orders. What have you all done?

A Different Experience

Paul,

They've told me they will not allow me to add to an existing order. BUT, if a 2nd order is placed quickly enough (in my case, a day, or 2), they have shipped the 2 orders together. I did identify the 1st order's ID in the 2nd order quite clearly.

In our case. they have been consistent.
