Throttle cable length question

Does anyone know what the length of the throttle cable is on an RV10,
standard throttle location (instrument panel) with a Barrett cold air sump and an FM 200?

Thanks

Mike

Mine is 62.5” having a SkyDynamics cold air sump, which is different than the 57” or so one that Vans offers for the OEM engine setup.

If you’re just curious, these are good numbers to have, but I highly recommend you wait until you get your engine mounted and are able to accurately measure your length for your specific setup before ordering a control. Little things like how you installed your panel and what type it is can change the control bushing to firewall length, as an example.

Also, it’s better to have 3” extra length than to be one inch short… McFarlane can custom make and deliver a control cable in a couple weeks, and well worth the wait.
