Fire Sleeving, Fusible Links

Sources for the above; high purity, siliconized, fiberglass sleeving?

I am aware that Tefzel does not need said sleeving, at least for the 22/24 apps. I'm not ready to go there for 10/12 links/

If you know of a convenient source for the raw material, sufficient size for 10/12 plus terminal fittings, would be appreciated. Material from the common on-line retailers is a bit scary to me. Good confidence in the source would be appreciated.

This Fiberglass Sleeving meets your requirements with the exception of Silicone covering but it works well to cover fusible links.

Go to a junkyard and get some sleeve off a couple of O2 sensors. Perfect for fuse links.

Fords are a good choice.

Look under a gas grill at the igniter wire, or an old fluorescent light fixture ballast wiring.

I can toss some in an envelope if you want.

Nextel Fiber sleeves are the ticket if you can find a source for small volume.

The link has the temperature capability, but it is 600C+ in a familiar application.
