VP200 Erroneous Over-Voltage

Fin and Tonic

I'm New Here
I am lucky enough to have one of the few RV's still flying with the Vertical Power VP200. It has the two battery, two alternator configuration.

I am getting an erroneous voltage indication on the second battery bus (CU2). The indicated voltage is ranging from 20 to 35V without the engine running. (12V system)

Needless to say this results in countless CAS messages and aural warnings when the engine is running.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any thoughts as to what might cause this?

As a side note: I do have plans to swap out the VP200 for the VPX at a later date but it's not something I want to do at this time.

I agree, check the voltage directly for that bus.

As a point of diagnostic, are the other elements connected to the VPX appear to function normally ??
