Figures 1 and 2 on page 47-19 show the rivet holes and flange transposed on alternate air intake part number VA-192A. I was halfway through the page before I realized the part in my hand was backwards from what was depicted in the figures. By that point I had already match drilled the holes so I started to repair them and sent an email to Vans asking for a replacement part.
Their response was that the part I had was correct and that the plans were wrong, therefor I had repaired holes unnecessarily and get to start over! @%$#%$(*&&%@%$
